Q: What kind of regulation Key Power has?
A: Money Services Operator License by HKC&ED. It allows Key Power can operate Money exchange and remittance services. Fully regulated under by Anti-Money Laundering and Counter‐Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) Ordinance, Chapter 615.
Q: Do I need to provide my identity document or passport for transactions?
A: You have to provide us your identity document or passport, your business or residential address proof issued within the past 3 months if the remittance amount equal to or above HKD8,000 or the non-transfer services equal to or above HKD120,000.
